Sampath's chicken curry

Soak the chicken pieces in
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1 clove
1 cardomom
1 cinnamon
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of ground ginger and garlic paste.

Let the marinade sit for about 24 hours in the refridgerator
And then take them out and let them defrost and Add 1 finely chopped onion
to 3 tsp of oil flavour the oil with 1 tsp of jeera , 1 clove 1 cinnamom, 1
cardomom, add 1/2 tomato when the onions turn golden brown .

Add chicken , close them with a lid, Let it cook for about 40 minutes,
Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
