Rava - 3 cups
Yogurt - 3 cups
Cashews fried in ghee - 2 tsp
Heat some 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add 2tsp of urud dal with 2 tsp of chana dal with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add the above to the rava with the yogurt and salt and leave it for 25 minutes,then add 2 cups of water.
then mix the flour and make sure it is in idli flours consistency ,
then follow the steps of steaming idli
steam it for about 10 minutes
