Milk 1 litre
Sugar 3 tbsps.
Butter 1 tsp.
Boil the milk in low heat for about 2 hours, so that you get a nice
thick milk khoya, let it to cool.
Melt the butter in a pan and then add the milk solid to it
keep stirring in low heat
Then add sugar & cardamon powder and stir continuously.
When mixed thoroughly remove from fire.
Beat the mixture well for a few minutes and allow to cool.
Then cut the mixture into desired shapes and garnish them with nuts
