Chinese chicken      

1) Boneless Chicken - 500 g

2) Soy Sauce - 5 tsp

3) Tomato Sauce -5 tsp

4) Red Chilly Powder - 2 tsp

5) Corn flour - 3 tsp

6) Milk - 2 tsp

7) Spring onions - 3

8) Green chilly - 2

9) Oil for deep frying


10 ) salt to taste


Mix 2 tsp of Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce and Red Chilly
Powder. Mix 2 tsp of Corn flour with milk and salt this also to the above mixture. All this paste with washed
boneless chicken. Marinate for 10 to 15 min. 

Deep fry the chicken and keep it side. Now heat 2 tsp
of oil in a pan, add spring onion, green chilly, fry
well. Next add remaining soy sauce, red chilly and
tomato sauce, mix well, add some water to dilute the
paste. When the paste boil remaining corn flour to it
which is dissolved in cold water), you can see forming
a thick sauce. Then add the fried chicken to it.

Serve piping hot.
