For your Face

To have a healthy glowing skin, wash your hands often, it would Keep away the germs, from getting on your face .

Herbal facial

Massage your face with a little moisturizing cream with 1/2 tsp of Olive oil for about 10 minutes. And expose your face to Hot steam, and then wipe your face with cotton.

Apply Multani muti or a blend of Besan flour with lemon juice or yogurt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and apply it on your face till the pack is dry

Home made Face Cleanser

A good herbal face cleanser for oily skin is well ground 
moong dal powder.

Fruit facial 
Oatmeal - 10 tsp
Almonds - 3 (soaked  and crushed)
Olive oil - 3 tsp
Apple cooked well and mashed - 10 tsp
Milk - 10 tsp
Mix the above ingredients together.
Apply the mask and leave it for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Wash your face with cold water, this will help your skin become smooth and soft. This will help reduce your skin irritation

 

Herbal Facial :

Ingredients
Almonds - (ground finely ) - 2 tsp
Rose petals ( powder ) - 1 tsp
Multani Matti - 4 tsp
Crushed nutmeg - 1 tsp

Mix them all along with rose water and keep them aside for 10 minutes
Wash your face twice with cold water and then use Hot water in a big bowl and try to get as much as steam as possible to your face, when you start to really sweat , then take a clean cotton and try taking out as much sweat.
Then with another cotton dipped in Hot water try and press it against your face and rub them in one direction at once, change the cotton if needed. Then apply the above mixed face pack and leave them on for about 20 minutes until the pack is dry
Do this twice a month to have a clear and beautiful skin
A good way to reduce your weight would be to exercise regularly , maybe thrice a week is a good way to start .( please consult your general physician before you take up any kind of exercise program)
And also try cutting down on your food little by little , this will help
reduce weight quickly and easily , cutting down on sugars and juices helps a lot.
