 Chocolate syrup used in Ice creams:

Get any  cooking chocolate bar, place a thick pan with full of cold water and the
stove to be in medium high, place a non stick pan on top of the thick pan
and add the chocolate to the non stick pan, let it melt.

After the chocolate is fully melted wait a couple of minutes, you can serve
on top of any ice cream or use them to make any kind of mold or cake
