1. Ground Chicken/ Turkey/any meat - half cooked inthe microwave ovan without water

Grind coresly
2. Karam Masala - 1/2 tsp
3. Pottu Kadalai / Cashew nut - 1 tbsp.
4. Chillie - 2 or 3
5. Garlic + ginger Paste - 2 tsp
6. Pepper - 4-5

For mixing
6. onion chopped - 1 cup
7. Kurry Leaves + Cilantro - chopped
8. Salt

Mix everything and make a small Patties and fry it in a oil until it becomes dark brown.  For crispyness - you can add 1 tsp. corn flour/ rice four for coating.
 Before serving add fried onion+ green Chillies as aside + lemon.
