Carrot Gheer (kajar Gheer)
Carrot - 2-3
Milk - 4 cups
Badam - 25 gms
Sugar - 1 cup
Badam essence - 1 tsp
Try to peel the outer skin of the carrot, and also shred the carrot
Take the shreded carrot and cook it well either in the pressure cooker or in the microwave oven.
Soak the badam in water and peel the outer skin of it
Then grind the badam well, and add it along with the cooked carrot.
Heat the milk in a pan and simmer it for about 20 minutes thenadd the carrot badam mixture to the milk.
Then add the sugar and finally when the stove is turned off add the essence to it
Serve it cold.
